Patosha Jeffery is the author of Girls Basketball Beginner's Blueprint and the founder of Patosha Jeffery Basketball, a girls basketball performance development company dedicated to helping players understand basketball in order to play at a high level and possibly at the collegiate level. She is also the founder of the End of Summer Shootout Tournament and Pre-Season Show Off Camp, NCAA-certified events helping players fulfill their dreams of obtaining an athletic scholarship in basketball.

Beginning in 2003, Coach Jeffery were part of the staff that helped bring national recognition to Memphis girls basketball with the creation of Memphis Elite and MidSouth Lady Tigers programs.
